To ensure security and comply with our General Terms & Conditions, we implement a policy that aligns deposit and withdrawal methods. This policy guarantees that withdrawals are processed through the same payment method used for deposits.
Here’s how it works:
- Consistency: Withdrawals must be made using the same payment method as the one used for the deposit. This helps ensure consistency and prevents unauthorized withdrawals to unfamiliar accounts.
-
Multiple Payment Methods: If you used more than one payment method to deposit funds, you will need to withdraw using the same methods.
- Example 1: If you made a deposit using a card ending in 1234 and earned winnings, you must withdraw those winnings to the card ending in 1234, to maintain the correlation.
- Example 2: If you used a different payment method, such as a card ending in 5678, for another deposit, any winnings from that deposit should be withdrawn to the card ending in 5678.
