Handling Technical Malfunction or Poor Transmission Quality in Virtual Events

We aim to ensure a fair and transparent gaming experience for our players. In situations involving technical malfunctions or transmission issues, our priority is to maintain the integrity of the betting process and honor valid outcomes. Any voided bets will be promptly refunded to the players.

▪️ Technical Malfunction Affecting Virtual Event: If any technical, electronic, or other malfunction affecting the virtual event occurs, all bets placed on that specific event will become void and the stakes will be refunded to the players. The only exception is when the result of the virtual event has already been determined before the malfunction occurred. In such a case, the bets associated with that result remain valid, and any winnings will be honored.

▪️ Validity of Determined and Registered Results: If the result of the virtual event was successfully determined and entered into the database, it will be considered a valid outcome for betting purposes.

▪️ Transmission Quality and Commentary: If the transmission quality is poor or absent but the virtual event's result has been successfully recorded in the database, the result in the database will be deemed valid, and all bets associated with that result will remain valid as well.

▪️ Out-of-Sync Streaming or Commentary: If the streaming or commentary of a virtual event is out of sync, it will not impact the validity of the bets. All bets placed on the event will still be considered valid.
