To verify your bank account, please send us either a photo of the first page of your account statement, or a screenshot from your online/mobile banking app. The document should include the following details needed for the bank transfer:
- The transit and account number for your bank account
- The Bank's logo or Bank’s name
- Your full name
You can upload the required files by going to Profile → Verification Process.
You can also verify a bank account when you create your withdrawal.
- If you choose eCashout for your withdrawal, and you haven't verified a bank account before, you will see these 2 options:
- When you select the e-banking option, you will be redirected to a new page where you can choose your bank and then be taken to their e-banking portal to log in
- In case you choose the bank book option, you will need to manually add the required data
After completing the verification, you can select the added account and continue with your withdrawal.
To proceed with the verification, you will need to go to My Account → Profile → Verification process, and choose the Bank Booklet from the drop-down menu of Other Document.
