Verifying a Disposable or Instant Card

If you deposit using a prepaid card, your withdrawals will be processed via bank transfer. To verify your withdrawal, we may require documentation such as a photo of the prepaid card and a recent bank statement, among other possible documents.

You can submit these documents by navigating to My Account → Profile → Verification Process.
