Verifying my Card: It Doesn't Have my Name on it

If you're making a deposit with a card that does not display your name, please complete one of the following steps to validate it:

1. Upload your card

For credit/debit card verification, please provide:

A clear color photo of the front side of your card with the following details visible (our automated system will protect your sensitive information):

  • The first 4 or 6 digits
  • The last 4 digits
  • The card’s expiration date

If you're using a virtual card, a screenshot of the card (as outlined above) will be sufficient.

2. Obtain a recent bank statement: 

Take a color photograph or scan (not photocopied) of a recent bank statement where the Account Number and account holder's information are clearly visible.

Upload your photo in the Profile → Verification Process section. 

To meet our requirements, please ensure your documents are clearly photographed, show all four corners, and are up-to-date (not expired).
