Verifying my Withdrawal Method

When requesting a withdrawal, you may be required to verify your payment method, by providing a supporting document. Below are the necessary documents for verification, based on each payment method:

Credit/Debit Card
To verify your credit or debit card, you may be asked to provide the following documents:

  • Picture of your credit/debit card
  • Picture of your card statement
  • Bank statement

Interac E-Transfer
In order to verify your E-Transfer payment method, the document that may be requested from you is:

  • Bank statement

Apple Pay
In order to be able to withdraw via Apple Pay, the document that may be requested from you is:

  • Bank statement

PayPal
To be able to make withdrawals using PayPal, the document that may be requested from you is:

  • Bank statement

Google Pay
To enable withdrawals through Google Pay, the document that may be requested from you is:

  • Credit card (the option chosen for withdrawal)

eCashout
In order to be able to withdraw via eCashout, the document that may be requested from you is:

  • Bank statement

You can submit the requested documents via the Verification Process tab, which can be accessed by going to My Account → Profile → Verification Process.

To ensure your documents meet our requirements, please make sure they are clearly captured, with all four corners visible and not expired. You will receive a notification from the relevant department once verified.
