To withdraw funds using the e-Cashout option, follow these steps:
- Access the Payment Method Screen
Begin by clicking the eCashout icon in the Betano cashier. This will redirect you to the payment method page, where you can find detailed information about transaction limits, completion times, and a brief description of how e-Cashout works. In some cases, a step-by-step video tutorial may be available to guide you through the process. - Choose a Bank Account
On the eCashout screen, you will have two options for selecting a bank account:- Use a Registered Bank Account: Select an already registered bank account by clicking the radio button next to it.
- Add a New Bank Account: If you need to add a new bank account, click the "+ADD NEW BANK ACCOUNT" button.
- Add and Verify a New Bank Account
If you choose to add a new bank account, you will be prompted with two options for verification:- Via e-Banking: This option will redirect you to a new screen where you can fill out the required form to add and verify your bank account through e-banking.
- Via Document Upload: You can also add your bank account by filling out the form and uploading the necessary verification documents.
- Complete the Withdrawal
After selecting or adding a bank account, enter the desired withdrawal amount and click the "Withdrawal" button to submit your request.
Important Notes:
You can only request an e-Cashout withdrawal if you have previously made an Interac deposit.
