Withdrawing Through Interac ETransfer

To proceed with a withdrawal via e-Transfer, you must have previously completed a deposit — of any amount — using the same payment method (Request Money). This is required due to typical reasons related to the payment process.

How to Request a Withdrawal

  1. Access the Payment Method Page
    Navigate to the Betano cashier and select the e-Transfer option. You will be redirected to the payment method page, where you can find detailed information about transaction limits, completion times, and a brief description of how e-Transfer works. In some cases, a step-by-step video tutorial may be available to guide you through the process.
  2. Filling in the Required Information
    Once on the e-Transfer page, the system will automatically fill in the e-Transfer email based on your previous deposit. Please note that this email cannot be edited. Enter the desired withdrawal amount and click the “Withdraw” button.
  3. Confirmation of Withdrawal Request
    After submitting your request, you will receive a confirmation that the withdrawal has been completed. Once our internal checks are finalized, the payment will be released to the provider.
