The deposit will only be accepted if the name that appears on the Interac® deposit, credit/debit card, or bank account matches your Betano account. It’s part of Betano’s policy to have all payment methods under the account holder’s name.
You may also be asked to verify your payment method - additional documents may be requested from you and/or the co-owner of the joint bank account to proceed with your withdrawal requests or future deposits.
