Payment Methods and Account Holder's Name
For your deposits to be successful, it is crucial that all payment methods used are under the account holder's name. If the name on the Interac® deposit, credit/debit card, or bank account does not match your Betano account's registered name, the deposit may be canceled and reversed.
Verification Process
In some cases, we may ask for verification of your payment method to ensure its legitimacy. If requested, additional documents may be required from both you and the co-owner of the joint bank account. This process is a standard security measure to protect your funds and ensure a smooth withdrawal process for future transactions.
Document Upload Process
If you are asked to provide any requested documents, you can easily upload them through the document upload process. Simply follow this path: My Account > Profile > Verification Process.
