There is no fee for inactive accounts at Betano. An account is considered inactive if it has not been accessed for a period of 12 months. After this period of inactivity, your account will enter a "hibernation" mode. To regain access to your account, please email support@betano.ca using the email address that is registered in your account.
Betano provides reopening assistance for inactive accounts solely through email communication. There are no charges or fees associated with reactivating your account after the 12-month inactivity period.
